Refund and Returns Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements:

The following items are non-returnable once opened or unsealed:

  • E-liquids
  • Coils, pods, cartridges
  • Disposable vapes
  • Any consumable or hygiene-sensitive product

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may request evidence (e.g. photographs) before issuing a refund or replacement.
